Refunds And Returns

At Summit Fitness LLC, we proudly stand behind the quality of our Summit Essentials supplements. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to ensure that every order arrives accurately and in excellent condition.

Returns Due to Fulfillment, Shipping, or Quality Issues

If you experience any issue with your order — including incorrect items, incomplete shipments, or damage that occurred during shipping — please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your product. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue and begin the return process when applicable.

These are the only circumstances under which returns will be accepted.

No Other Returns Accepted

For safety and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for any other reason. Opened, used, or unwanted items that do not meet the criteria listed above are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Authorization Required

Before sending any product back, you must:

  1. Contact our customer service team within five (5) business days of receiving your order, and

  2. Receive return authorization from a Summit Fitness representative.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or credited.
