ANYBODY can achieve the body and lifestyle that they want.  It isn’t just for the “special ones” or the people who were born with it.  YOU have the power to change your behaviors to lead to a healthier, happier, and more confident life!  I believe that our mindset drives everything in life. Learn to push yourself, let go of your excuses, and love yourself at every stage of your journey - and this will become a lifestyle instead of a phase.  I coach, encourage, and walk alongside my clients to become their best physically and mentally.

Movement brings me back to myself... As I look through my life and where my passion for health and fitness started, it was in those moments where I was searching within for purpose.  What am I good at, what do I enjoy and what can I give away:  People and movement seem to always rise to the top of my list regardless if it is working as a personal trainer, chiropractic assistant, physical therapy assistant or group exercise instructor.

And after 3 back to back accidents, I grew to appreciate the body in a much different way.  Movement helped me work through the pain, break through the restrictions and create a new normal.  We are so much more than our body and once we create that connection within, we can create the change on the outside as well.  Consistency is the key and change is constant.

I help people move better, be strong, and feel confident. I've helped clients return from injuries, improve their running technique, lift weights properly, feel more balanced, and move with less pain. I'd love to help you do the same.

Chronic pain has been a significant influence on who I am as a fitness professional. I spent years with various aches and pains (particularly low-back pain) and it was awful! The upside is that I was pushed to learn about pain science and corrective exercise. I’ve overcome these roadblocks and I recognize every day how fortunate I am.

I developed my love of strength training while playing football in high school and college. From there I’ve become involved in road and trail running, road and mountain biking, and skiing. Working with dedicated athletes is wonderful but I truly love to work with those who are new to exercise.

Benjamin Franklin discussed the idea of “doing well by doing good.” That’s exactly what being an exercise professional is about. Helping others find health and fulfillment offers rewards far beyond money.
