Classes are for people who are already fit and in a routine...right? Not at Summit. Most classes provide a tough workout but fall short when it comes to getting you real results because exercise is just one small piece of the progress puzzle. Our classes combine the perks of personal training with the fun and camaraderie of a small group environment. Forget everything you know about group classes. Our classes are innovative. We utilize our "hybrid" model to give you the best of both worlds while giving you all the tools you need to get long lasting results. Nutrition, group workouts and one-on-one coaching are all utilized to help you dominate your fitness routine!
